    Ryszard Janeczek – president

     Ryszard Janeczek is an experienced manager who has been connected with KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. for nearly 20 years.

    For the first time he started to work in PeBeKa in 1990 as a director and he held the position till 1992, and from 1993 till 1995 he was the president of the board and he performed his duties also in the years of  2008-2009.

    During his rich career he has been working in many companies of Capital Group of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. In the 90’s he was a director of Organization and Law Department and Department of Ownership Supervision in KGHM Metale (1995-2000). From 2000 to 2006 he managed Walcownia Metali Nieżelaznych (Non-iron Metal Mill), and later KGHM Metraco S.A. (2006-2008). During last year he was the vice president of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A.

     

      

    Jacek Kulicki – vice president

    Graduated from Faculty of Mining at AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow (or Academy of Mining and Metallurgy in Cracow), and took postgraduate studies in “Corporate management” at the Wrocław Univeristy of Economics.

    Throughout his entire career Jacek Kulicki has worked for PeBeKa, where he was employed in 1990. He accumulated his work experience not only at the Legnica-Głogów Copper Mining District. During the period 1993-1994 he participated in the construction of the Har Gilo road tunnel in Israel, during the first independent contract carried out by PeBeKa (without mediation of foreign trade agency). In 1998 he managed shaft sinking at the Bus Bar Shaft for the Italian consortium Casecnan realized as part of a hydroelectric power plant project in the Philippines.

    He launched his career as a trainee miner and overman under ground. Since 1991 and for 10 years he has worked at PeBeKa in various mining areas as a shift foreman, division foreman and chief mining supervisor. From 2001 to 2008 he worked as Head of the Mining Works Department at the “Szyby” workings area. Under his direction PeBeKa has executed the R-11 ventilation shaft in Grodziec. He then oversaw comprehensive preliminary works for the shaft sinking of SW-4 shaft in Łagoszów near Głogów. It is the first shaft giving access to the new mining disctrict called ”Głogów Głeboki-Przemysłowy”. Since 2008 Jacek Kulicki has worked as member of board of management at PeBeKa.

    On his private time he eagerly develops his court tennis technique, travels and jogs accompanied by his shi-tzu dog.

     

    Kazimierz Ryszard Rutka – vice president

     Kazimierz Ryszard Rutka celebrated his 25th anniversary of work in the mining industry last year, since 1992 he is employed in the company.

    He graduated from the Mining Faculty at Wrocław University of Technology. He started his professional career at the KWK “Makoszowy” mine in Zabrze, and later at the “Konrad” Mining Facility in Iwiny. He started work in the Legnica-Głogów Copper Mining District at the ZRG Lubin as chief mining foreman. In 1997 after PRG Lubin merged with PeBeKa he became chief mining foreman in KRG Polkowice Zachodnie Area, a year later he became mining works manager in Polkowice-Sieroszowice KRG Region. He carried these responsibilities until August 2008, when he was promoted to chief mining engineer.

    He is a family man, completely devoted to his relatives and friends, he is married and has got four daughters, three grandchildren and a boxer dog he goes for a walk with  every day. He tries to be active, used to attend the Miner's Lamp Marathon and practices table tennis. He enjoys long bike trips, hikes in the mountains and he likes swimming. When not resting actively he reads books.
