PeBeKa S.A. is a firm with 50 years of tradition, but still develops dynamically and constantly searches for new solutions, it is aware that the key to efficient operation and development is the crew. The employees are given medical care at the Copper Medical Center and the Military Clinic in Wrocław.
The bulk of the team consists of senior employees, which gives them considerable work experience. Most company workers spent their entire careers with PeBeKa S. A vital element of the human resources policy of the PeBeKa Company is building a reliable employer image for young, excellently educated and ambitious people. With them in mind the Scholarship Program was created, thanks to it students of faculties in line with the company’s work profile are given opportunities for internship, co-financing of education and in the long run – employment.
The scholarship program has operated with minor breaks since the year 1991. Up to now 65 people benefited from it, 23 of which started work in the company. Recently successive scholarship agreements were signed with students of the Mining Faculty at AGH in Kraków. Two persons were employed in our company in October 2008. Five scholars will join the team in October 2009, and the following two in the fall of 2010.
