Tunnel executed with the cut-and-cover method in a wide conventional trench with partly protected slopes. Construction works were done with the use of panel formwork.
The structure a two-bay, ferroconcrete and 238 m in length, consisting of twenty similar segments, erected on ferroconcrete benches. In mouths of tunnel concrete portals were made, and inside sidewalks were laid between the walls and curbstones. Tunnel wall boarding was designed in the DSD system. Boards were arranged horizontally, roughly 25 cm apart. The structural components for these boards were the DSD system steel bolts. Reinforcement installation was successively executed according to the formwork and concrete works progress. During task realization 9800 m³ of concrete were built in total along with 1,437 tons of reinforcements.
