The last month the Mine Construction Company PeBeKa S.A. received the new commissions. The Company won three tenders - developing works for the Copper Basin and historic "Wieliczka" Salt Mine.
The first commission is the project of the assemble trade for lengthening the band conveyor L-261 and its placing in dip-heading F-9, behind L-261 in Polkowice-Sieroszowice Division. The deadline of the works expires on the 30th June 2011.
The second contract concerns the construction of the building facilities complex in Rudna Division in the area of R-IX shaft, which includes: building of locomotive shed, roads and yards, refuelling diesel and hydraulic oil point, development of narrow-gauge track and scrap tipper. The works will last till the 30th April, 2011.
What is more, tender for the works in "Wieliczka" Salt Mine was accepted in the beginning of May, and after one year of the company's absence PeBeKa will come back to Wieliczka. PeBeKa will reline pit bottoms and reinforce a shaft for assembling 2 units of passenger and goods lifts in Regis shaft. The project will take 13 months.
This year will be called into question of continuing a long-standing PeBeKa's mining works in LGOM (Legnica-Głogów Mining District) and Wieliczka. At the same time it will make many references to company's history which has been constructing the mines for fifty years for Copper Basin and since 25 years PeBeKa has been reconstructed the underground excavations in "Wieliczka" Salt Mine the monument enrolled in UNESCO list of Objects of the World Cultural and Natural Heritage.
