We inform you that on August 24th 2009 Ryszard Janeczek, the hitherto president of PeBeKa S.A. has been appointed by the KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. supervisory board to the consortium management board. As vice-president he is responsible for production.
In PeBeKa Jacek Kulicki, the hitherto vice-president, is acting president.
